Homemakers United Foundation Volunteer Recruitment Workshop: Save a Place for Your Own Future

General News By Emily Carter 0 views

Save a place for your own future
So many things happen every day,
food safety problems, children's school lunches, food waste burned in incinerators, PM2.5 levels over the limit, the threat of nuclear power plants…
You want a better tomorrow but feel powerless to change it?
I hope that a child who goes to school without a packed lunch can still eat healthily;
I hope that living away from home on my own, I can still eat with quality
I hope that on days when we do not cook, the whole family still knows where to eat with peace of mind;
I hope that ingredients bought are not thrown away and can be turned into delicious dishes;
I hope to choose what we use to generate electricity, and not rely only on Taipower;
I hope that after class / after the children go to school, I can still contribute myself;
I hope to act together with different people and change my current community / school…
If these are also what you hope for,
let go of your unease, hold on to a little bit of courage,
and together with other partners, save a place for yourself for tomorrow.
The Homemakers United Foundation invites you to join the volunteer workshop on December 17
In the days to come, spend a little time and join us to make a little change for your own community, your children's school, or your own dormitory, so that green eating and low-carbon living can become a possibility.
No matter what kind of person you are, whether you have a profession or are an ordinary person in the street, as long as you have a heart that wants to change and is eager to share, we will save a place for you, to discuss together the future we want.
