Natural Farming Series Course Starts July 4, Teaching You to Grow Rice You Can Eat Yourself

Breaking away from the mindset of conventional and organic farming, and adhering to the principles of not pursuing yield, not spraying pesticides, and not applying fertilizer, there is a group of farmers in Taichung who grow rice by respecting and following nature, using practice to prove that "eating with peace of mind" and "environmental sustainability" can go hand in hand! We invite you to listen to the voice of natural rice, and let modern farmers take you on a journey of ingredients, to learn about concepts related to natural cultivation farming.

(The instructor is on the faculty of the "Think Tomorrow Workshop Guyou Club")

• Date: 2014/7/4-9/19, every Friday afternoon 14:00-16:00. (12 sessions total)
• Location: Homemakers United Foundation Taichung Branch 2F; some courses are outdoor visits (meeting time to be arranged separately).
• Fee: 100 yuan per single session (50 yuan for members), 1000 yuan for the full course (500 yuan for members); those registering for the full course please pay an additional deposit of 200 yuan (refunded after attending at least 10 sessions).
