Everything that happens must have a reason. We have kept asking ourselves, why did we encounter "BQL"? Looking back to the meeting that began last March, the close negotiations... in early August, facing BQL's urging for Mid-Autumn Festival delivery, they said: "Earth Friend should stock up, and BQL will issue documents simultaneously"... After several months of credit checks that turned up nothing suspicious, with the trading terms also clear and explicit, plus our trust in BQL's representatives in Taiwan, China - Teacher Ke and Mr. Zhu - who were familiar friends, we ultimately agreed to the request to stock up simultaneously... From this matter, besides learning that "the world is cold, people's hearts are hard to fathom, and one must be more careful in business and trade," what deeper things have we learned?

In April 2015, a year had passed. We had been discussing with these six supplier partners for eight or nine months. To cooperate with BQL's Mid-Autumn Festival schedule, production of the rushed goods had also stopped for half a year... During this period, although we worked very hard to get this batch of goods shipped smoothly, things did not go as hoped. At the same time, these partners who work with us did not hound us relentlessly just because we had asked them to stock up this batch of goods. Instead, they offered much understanding, companionship, encouragement and support!
