The soybeans harvested from the autumn crop were grown by Second Aunt using natural farming methods. Because they were simply left to grow, the originally estimated yield unexpectedly doubled by the time of harvest. Since they have not been certified by any relevant agency, this is simply a chance to share home-grown soybeans you can feel safe about. Soybeans can not only be turned into soy milk at home, they can also be cooked together with white rice, or used in braised dishes and braised meat, all of which add points for health and flavor!
