The activity is open to: the general public and young people of junior high school age and above (those under 18 must have parental consent)
The activity fee is 1000 yuan per person; Hehuo partners enjoy a discount of 100 yuan each when bringing 1 companion. The fee includes: Hehe small ration, Hehe seasonal flavor meal, course design fee, partial instructor fee, field experience consumables, site maintenance and conservation, administrative management costs, and business income tax, etc. Invoices will be issued on site. Transportation costs and partial instructor fees are subsidized by an Environmental Protection Administration plan; please cherish this opportunity.
1. The instructor group includes the Climbing Trip of the Human Nature Environmental Ethics Development Foundation and members of the Hehe Production Team. We need participants who are willing to take the initiative to learn by getting close to the land. Our purpose is environmental conservation and local cultural inheritance; therefore, the activity will be conducted with careful and strict respect for the friendliness of residents' lives and the environment. During the activity, please cooperate together and follow the guidelines of the leaders.
2. During the activity, due to the actual conditions of weather and farming, there may be differences from participants' expectations. Registered participants must, after receiving the pre-departure notice, inform their companions so as to ensure that everyone prepares fully according to the pre-departure notice and understands the activity goals.
3. During the activity, in cooperation with (1) conservation and industry plan promotion and (2) execution of the Environmental Protection Administration subsidy case, there will be image recording. Please be sure that both you and your companions can accept and agree before deciding to participate. We will protect your usage rights limited to the aforementioned promotional purposes.

1. When you successfully submit your registration, you will receive a confirmation letter. If you do not receive it for a long time, please contact the activity window to confirm;
2. Starting from 5/22 (Mon), we will send out "Official and Waiting List Notices" one after another. Within 3 days after receiving the "Official and Waiting List Notice", please complete the payment procedure according to the steps in the letter. (Failure to complete the remittance within the deadline will be deemed as abandonment, and replacements will be made in order until the quota is full.)
3. After completing registration and payment, we will send a "Pre-departure Notice" 7 days before the activity day. If you need to cancel or process a refund, please notify us as early as 7 days before the activity day (inclusive). The refund will deduct a 50 yuan administrative handling fee; for those who cancel for any reason within 6 days, since ingredients, materials, etc. have already been arranged, no refund will be given. (Refunds will be remitted before the 15th day of the month following the activity day.)
4. If you need to transfer your place to another person, please process the information change 3 days before the activity to facilitate insurance operations.
5. In the event of natural disasters, typhoons, heavy rain, earthquakes, or other force majeure conditions, the organizer will adjust the content depending on the situation. If cancellation or postponement occurs, notice will be given no later than 12:00 noon 1 day before the activity. If you cannot cooperate with the postponement, we will issue a full refund.
