Transform your flower pots like this and instantly give them high aesthetic appeal
Small ribbons, big uses
Ribbons you no longer use at home (preferably in many colors, so the finished result will have rich color variation and look even prettier~), scissors, glue, and a small metal flower pot.
Hold the ribbon against the flower pot to estimate the approximate length, then cut it.
Apply glue to the flower pot, then wrap the ribbon around the flower pot. Remember to keep the wraps aligned. How many layers to wrap depends on the height of the flower pot; based on the flower pot in the picture, three layers is the most suitable.
Adjust the details of the ribbon you have already wrapped around it. You can have the top and bottom layers cover the middle ribbon a little, or let the middle ribbon stay on the top layer. It all depends on what you prefer!
Use the popsicle sticks I have left over from eating, and glue on a small piece of paper. The paper does not have to be square; it can be heart-shaped, triangular, polygonal, and so on, depending on which one you like~
Insert the popsicle stick into the small flower pot~ Done~
Besides the metal flower pot in the steps, plastic flower pots can also be DIYed in this way~ The black plastic flower pot in the picture below, paired with brightly colored ribbons, looks even better~
Paint is amazing too!
Preparation: use an old flower pot and acrylic paint.
Pour some of the prepared paint into the bottom of the flower pot.
Gently tilt the flower pot so the paint slowly runs down along the edge, then turn it in another direction and gently tilt it again to let the paint run down.
Prop up the middle of the flower pot with the paint already applied. Remember, it is best not to place the flower pot upside down directly on paper to dry, because the paper will stick to the paint and be hard to remove.
