How to Improve the Survival Rate of Rose Cuttings in June and Which Flowers Are Suitable for Cutting in June and July
In the summer sky, it starts to get light at around 6 o'clock. At this time, walking in front of the windowsill, you will see sunlight falling on the plants, making people feel that this energy is nourishing every plant. For experienced flower growers, this is exactly the right time to cut a few branches for cuttings.

Just from its plant name alone, it is quite loved by everyone. Its leaves are evergreen all year round, and its trunk is thick and strong. It symbolizes gathering wealth and can enhance one's financial luck. In the flower market, a pot of an old money tree plant is often priced at over a hundred yuan, but after mastering cutting techniques well, you can completely cultivate a priceless bonsai at home.
How to do it? First, find a semi-lignified branch, about 10-15 cm in length, keep 2 to 3 leaves at the bottom, and make a 45-degree slanted cut from the bottom. After cutting, soak the branch in 0.2% carbendazim solution for 20 minutes, then let it dry until the cut turns white, which means it is done. Finally, choose perlite and vermiculite mixed at 3:1 as the medium, and insert the branch to one-third of its position. After completing this, avoid direct strong light and keep the air humidity moist.

Jasmine
In summer, many flower shops sell jasmine in front of their stores. This variety has a unique fragrance, and smelling it in the hot weather immediately makes people feel incredibly refreshed. After nearly July, its flowering period gradually comes to an end, and this is exactly the best time for cuttings.

How to do it? Choose a robust branch with 1 latent bud at the base, and keep a pair of leaves at the top. After cutting it out, promptly soak the base in 0.1% indolebutyric acid solution for 2 hours. This can increase the rooting rate. Then prepare the soil with river sand:peat soil = 2:1, insert to a depth of 2-3 cm. After completing this, water thoroughly to settle the roots. For the first two weeks afterward, keep the soil moist; after 20 days, increase light; after 40 days, new buds appear.

Hydrangea
Hydrangea belongs to the Saxifragaceae family, Hydrangea genus. When the flower balls gradually fade, it is exactly the golden time for cuttings.

How to do it? The specific operation is to first take 5-8 cm cuttings, keep 1 pair of axillary buds, then soak the cut ends in carbendazim for 15 minutes to help heal the wounds. For the substrate, use vermiculite + perlite + coconut coir (1:1:1), insert to a depth of about 2 cm. Afterward, cover with plastic wrap, then cut a cross-shaped opening for ventilation. Later, wait until the roots fill the seedling tray, then transplant.
