Which plants are easy to care for, suitable for keeping at home, and good for the health of the body and the household?
As people's lives today keep getting better, everyone likes to add some green plants at home to beautify the environment; when a few friends come over, taking photos and sharing them also shows that the host has good taste. So, in the flower market, which plants are there that not only have good ornamental value but also are good for people's health?

Aloe
Aloe is grown mainly for its leaves, which are thick and juicy and can be used to make beauty products or eaten in hot pot. At the same time, aloe leaves contain tens of millions of absorption sites and can effectively absorb harmful gases in the air such as formaldehyde, carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide.
Key care points: in spring and autumn, water about once a week; the soil should follow the principle of "rather dry than wet", so after watering, be careful to avoid water accumulating at the bottom of the pot. As for fertilizing, apply a light fertilizer 1-2 times a month; this can keep its leaves evergreen.

Duck-foot wood
Duck-foot wood, also known as Schefflera octophylla (umbrella tree), has leaves shaped like little pinwheels, stretching out like a palm, so it symbolizes "bringing in wealth and treasure". Because it is an evergreen plant, it is generally recommended to place it in the living room, balcony, entryway and other places. At the same time, it has many leaves and can absorb harmful substances such as nicotine from secondhand smoke.

Key care points: it likes a warm environment, and the suitable growing temperature is around 18°C-27°C; under normal, non-extreme weather it can be grown glossy and lush. For watering, just keep the soil slightly moist, and never overly wet. In addition, from late spring to early summer, it is recommended to apply a general liquid fertilizer for indoor plants once a month.

Cactus
The cactus is the well-known flower of the desert. It naturally comes in all shapes, some like columns and some like spheres, giving people an impression of toughness and unyielding spirit. Placed beside a computer, in feng shui it is believed to guard against petty people and increase self-defense.
Key care points: the most suitable growing temperature is between 20-35 degrees; it likes sunlight, warmth and is drought-tolerant. In spring, summer and autumn it can be placed by a window with direct sunlight. For soil, choose sandy soil with good drainage, which can prevent accumulation and root rot. Finally, watering does not need to be too frequent; generally, water only after the soil feels completely dry to the touch.
