What flowers are suitable for growing at home without sunlight? What flowers can be planted without sunlight?
I believe every flower-loving friend longs to have an extra-large balcony, but the reality is that many live in homes without a big balcony, and often even the lighting is very poor. So does that mean you cannot grow flowers in such a home? The answer is of course no!
Giant Dieffenbachia
This is a relatively large foliage plant, with a generous and dignified overall shape; its leaves are oil-green, with irregular speckled patterns distributed along the veins, and they can also reflect light slightly, full of wild charm.

During care, you only need to place it in a relatively semi-shaded spot. Its growth temperature is 20-30°C. For daily watering, just follow the rule of keeping the soil moist, but note that it should mostly be kept in a ventilated place. In winter, it is recommended to let the water for watering sit indoors for one or two days before use, so the water temperature is close to room temperature.
Blue Star Fern
The Blue Star Fern is an emerging green plant in recent years, and is therefore also highly sought after by florists and gardening enthusiasts. In appearance, its leaves are deeply pinnately lobed, with edges mostly in wrinkled wavy shapes. When touched by hand, the leaves have a thin layer of blue waxy powder, giving it an overall messy artistic vibe.
In daily care, the Blue Star Fern likes a warm, humid, well-ventilated semi-shaded environment, and can tolerate a minimum low temperature of 0°C. It should not be watered too much; usually keeping the soil slightly moist is enough. In dry autumn weather, you can spray water more often on the leaf surface and surroundings to increase humidity.

Hosta
Some people say it is like a gentle fairy among flowers, because the flowers it produces are pure white, and its leaf shape and leaf color are even more varied, making it very suitable as an ornamental flower. In terms of care, it tolerates semi-shade and does not need to be placed on a windowsill with full sunlight. Its growth temperature is 15-25°C, and its soil requirements are not too high; generally, garden soil with good air permeability is suitable. For watering, a slightly moist soil state is best.

In the hot summer, it may need watering every day. In spring and autumn when it is relatively dry, it needs water sprayed on the leaves every day to keep it moisturized. In winter, reduce the frequency of watering.
