Who is the Diana rose suitable to give to, and how should it be kept in water so it blooms?
I believe no young girl can resist roses! Today I am sharing a "Diana rose" with pink petals. This rose was launched by a German company in 1989, and it was introduced to commemorate Princess Diana, so its flower shape carries an inherent noble queenly temperament.

The Diana rose's flower language is very romantic: it says that loving you is the greatest happiness of my life, and without you, I am like a ship that has lost its direction, so it can tactfully express the meaning of loving you. In the flower market, it is often available in two forms, fresh cut flowers and potted plants. First, the care method for fresh cut flowers: after bringing it home from the market, unpack it. Because its base has flower thorns, if conditions allow, you can buy a pair of gloves, then cut the base diagonally at 45 degrees, put it into a deep bucket to wake the flowers for about two hours, and when placing it in the bucket, try not to let the flower heads touch water, because this makes them prone to gray mold.

After waking the flowers, you can use a thorn stripping clip to remove the thorns and leaves above, leaving only 1~2 ornamental leaves. After removing the leaves, also check whether the petals are damaged or have gray mold, and if so, remove them immediately. Finally, choose a vase with a wider opening, add one half of its volume in water, and you can also add preservative or 84 disinfectant. Gather the flowers together using a spiral technique, left over right with the flower heads aligned, then cut the base diagonally according to the height of the vase. Generally speaking, change the water about every 2~3 days, wash the vase each time, then pay attention to ventilation, and remember not to use a spray bottle to spray the flower heads, as this makes them prone to gray mold.

Besides fresh cut flowers, many flower lovers also like to grow the Diana rose in pots. When caring for the Diana rose at home in daily life, first pay attention to giving it sufficient sunlight; it needs at least 6 hours of direct sunlight every day, and it is recommended to place it by an indoor window or on a balcony. As for watering, follow the principle of keeping the soil moist; in summer it needs to be watered more frequently each day, while at other times it can be watered once a week. Finally, if you want the flowers to bloom beautifully, fertilizer is of course indispensable. In the vigorous growing seasons of spring and summer, apply a fertilizer rich in phosphorus and potassium once a month to help it bloom. In winter, fertilizer can be reduced or stopped to let the plant enter dormancy.
