Entering July, the weather is supposed to be getting hotter and hotter, but after several days of continuous rain, the temperature has turned a bit cooler again. At suitable temperatures, not only are people comfortable, but flowers are comfortable too, and some flowers even show signs of sprouting. So, which indoor potted plants tend to grow into a full pot easily at suitable temperatures and are also easy to propagate from cuttings?

Aloe
Everyone knows that aloe has the effect of fading spots and removing marks, so many flower lovers keep a pot of it. It is an evergreen plant and drought-tolerant; usually it can survive with just occasional watering, and the suitable temperature is 20~30 degrees Celsius. Its leaves are emerald green and succulent, so it has its own mechanism for locking in moisture, which makes it very suitable for lazy people to grow. In addition, it is also very easy to divide into pots. After May, when the weather warms up, old plants can often produce many small aloes. At this time, you only need to wait until the side shoots at the base of the aloe grow more than 5 leaves before dividing them into pots.

The main process of dividing into pots: first take the aloe out of the flower pot, use a sharp knife to cut off the small seedlings with a few fibrous roots, then cut them and place them in a cool, ventilated place to let the wounds dry. The drying time is about 1~2 days. At this time, replant the large seedlings back into the flower pot with new soil, and plant the small seedlings separately into small flower pots.

Snake plant

Snake plant is also recognized as an easy-to-survive and easy-to-grow plant. Its leaves are firm, and its surface is smooth like a sword, symbolizing guarding the home and keeping the household safe. At a suitable temperature of 20~30 degrees Celsius, it can grow wildly. After growing wildly, snake plant can be propagated by two methods: cuttings and division. However, many flower lovers keep mostly golden-edged snake plants at home. If cuttings are used to propagate small seedlings, the golden edges on the leaves will disappear. Only by using the division propagation method can the small seedlings with golden edges be retained. Therefore, snake plants are mostly divided into pots using the propagation method.

The main process of dividing into pots: first, the rule for dividing into pots is to start only when the small buds grow to 6 cm. Before dividing, stop watering it for a week. During this period, try to make the soil dry to make later repotting easier. Then, after taking the snake plant out of the flower pot, you can separate the large seedlings and small seedlings. At this time, if you find dead roots or rotten roots, they need to be trimmed off. After handling, place the seedlings in a cool, ventilated place for 1 day to let the wounds dry. Finally, after the wounds are dry, the snake plant can be replanted.
