It has moved from the neighborhood hair salons of the past toward the international fashion stage, elevating the scope of "beauty" and making "beauty" more approachable. Through each large-scale performance, it also showcases more refined techniques and the exquisite services they extend to, while also giving beauty and hairdressing peripheral products a chance to be exposed on a big stage, demonstrating the professionalism of applied skills. This year, in response to the pandemic, online methods are being used even more to promote the characteristics of the beauty and hairdressing industry and advance industrial development.

Zhan Daming, Honorary Chairman of the Taipei City Women's Beauty Business Association, stated that the event has now entered its 9th year.
