Chen Hsin-yu, Commissioner of the Taipei City Department of Labor, stated that in order to assist fresh graduates, the Taipei City Government is providing timely relief for job seekers with the launch of the "'You Go to Work, I Give You a Raise' 1,000 Job Placements Plus 20,000 Yuan Employment Project." After graduation, upon first-time job seeking and completing 3 months of employment, in addition to the enterprise salary, the Department of Labor will add a 20,000 yuan salary supplement! To increase the chances of enterprises hiring graduating youth, free online career counseling and resume health checks are also provided as a "fishing rod," helping them conquer the job market and be invincible.

Chen Hsin-yu stated that the Department of Labor compiled statistics from the Taipei Youth Salon (TYS) on youth counseling and employment conditions in the year 109 of the Republic of China (2020), with a total of 1,129 people receiving career counseling, of whom 893 found employment, achieving a success rate of nearly 80 percent; this employment project offers more than 150 enterprises and over 6,000 job opportunities. In addition to accepting resumes via "online submission" service, online career counseling sessions have also been added.

For the "'You Go to Work, I Give You a Raise!' 1,000 Job Placements Plus 20,000 Yuan Project," online resume submission is open until August 15. In terms of salary assistance, after starting work, in addition to receiving the enterprise salary, the Taipei City Government will provide a salary increase incentive for social freshmen.
