How Do Flower Spider Mite Infestations Arise? An Analysis of the Causes
How Flower Spider Mite Infestations Come About

Flower spider mite infestations are caused by flowers being attacked by spider mites (leaf mites). The spider mites that harm flowers mainly include species such as the carmine spider mite, and their individuals are all relatively small, generally with a body length under 1 mm; the body of adult mites is generally round or oblong, and most are red or dark red; whereas the larvae are generally round and pale yellow in color; the nymphs resemble the adults in form and are usually yellowish brown.
