Mitsui revealed that it will officially open to the public in the 112th year of the Republic of China, and will provide rich and diverse dining services at that time.
Mayor Lin Chih-chien recently visited "Addiction Aquatic Development" under the Mitsui Group. Chairman Huang Yih-jui specially gave a guided tour and introduction. Addiction Aquatic Development transformed the old Binjiang Market. In addition to giving the building's exterior a facelift, it also brightened the 600-ping indoor space and provides multiple dining services such as standing sushi, hot pot, seafood barbecue, and a fresh food supermarket, successfully turning the old market into a hugely popular attraction and drawing many young people to visit and check in.
Mayor Lin Chih-chien said that the Mitsui Group is targeting the mid-to-high-end consumer population in the Hsinchu area and has decided to move into the Hsinchu Cultural and Creative Center. At present, the city government and Mitsui Food and Beverage Enterprise Group have completed contract negotiations. According to the contract, Mitsui Food and Beverage's operating period will reach 40 years, and it is estimated that it can increase the city government's revenue by tens of millions each year.
The Hsinchu City Cultural Affairs Bureau added that the Hsinchu City Cultural and Creative Center is located on Gongdao 5th Road, near the interchange and Taiwan Railways' North Hsinchu Station and Qianjia Station on the Liujia Line, with good transportation and living functions. It is only 10 minutes from the Hsinchu Science Park and only 8 minutes from the city center, offering convenient transportation and unlimited business opportunities. The center is located in the Hsinchu Science Park X Park. In the future, many software companies will move into the area. Combined with the surrounding international performance center, children's discovery museum, and water intake showcase hall, it will be built into an excellent arts and cultural leisure space for citizens.
