"Haipai Romance Keelung 24 Hours Day and Night Non-Stop" Invites Everyone to Experience Keelung's Charms

Keelung Mayor Lin Yu-chang, in a radio program interview yesterday morning (the 15th), specially introduced that starting this Saturday (the 17th), the "Zhengbin Romantic Night Light Sculpture" will debut at Zhengbin Fishing Harbor, and welcomed everyone to come and experience Keelung's unique haipai romantic charms.

During the interview, Mayor Lin Yu-chang specially showed a video of a trial lighting of the light sculpture show on the colorful houses at Zhengbin Fishing Harbor held by the organizers a few days earlier. Although it was only 30 seconds long, it still made the host repeatedly exclaim, "Wow~ so romantic," and she felt that Keelung was now completely different from the past, giving people a fresh new imagination.

The Keelung City Department of Tourism and City Marketing stated that following the National Day gala held in Keelung for the first time in history, from this Saturday (the 17th) to the 25th, for 9 consecutive days, Keelung City will stage the "Zhengbin Romantic Night Light Sculpture Show" at Zhengbin Fishing Harbor, known as the "Taiwan version of Venice's Burano," every night from 6:30 to 10:00, every 30 minutes. The team overcame the limitations of the fishing harbor's terrain and collaborated with illustrator Wu Chi (57 Art Studio) on a playful and fantastical light sculpture projection work, presented on the colorful houses at Zhengbin Fishing Harbor, which will become a new highlight of romantic night Keelung! On the weekend of the 17th and 18th, Zhengbin Fishing Harbor will also feature a romantic market exclusive to Keelung.

In addition, in late October, three in-depth travel routes are planned and will be listed on the KKDAY and MyTaiwanTour e-commerce platforms. They are "Mountain and Sea Adventure, Extreme Keelung Expedition," "Urban Hipster, the Slow Soul of Harbor People," and "Leisurely Keelung, Across the Mountains and Seas of Keelung." The itineraries include night visits to Taiwan's first fish market, Kanading, local specialty izakaya experiences, intertidal zone guided tours, and more, inviting travelers to play non-stop for 24 hours among Keelung's mountains, seas, days, and nights.
