Mayor Hou You-yi said that in the post-pandemic life, revitalizing the economy is the top priority. Mayor Hou You-yi said that disadvantaged families have limited resources and have been further affected by the pandemic in terms of household income, so parents cannot take their children sightseeing. The city government used the pandemic prevention fund donated by enthusiastic enterprises, groups and temples to arrange for disadvantaged children and their families receiving the Little Satellite after-school care service to experience New Taipei City's tourism factories together, hoping to revitalize the economy and also help disadvantaged families.

During the pandemic prevention period, the well-known gym owner Chen Zhi-han responded to the call of New Taipei City's Good Days Love Platform and had already donated 1 million yuan as a pandemic prevention fund. This time, upon learning that the mayor would again arrange for disadvantaged children to boost tourism, he donated another 1 million yuan. Chen Zhi-han said that he saw how hard the mayor worked, whether on pandemic prevention or on revitalizing the economy, and as a citizen of New Taipei City, he decided to step forward in support. He also called on enterprises to support "Brother Hou" together.

Xu Shih-kang, chief operating officer of the Xu Xin-wang Ceramics Museum, said that due to the impact of the pandemic, businesses in the Ceramics Old Street commercial district have been struggling very hard. He was very grateful that Mayor Hou You-yi was working to revitalize the economy and that the first stop was Xinwang Ji Ci. He believed that with the support and assistance of the city government, plus the efforts of the business operators, the prosperity could hopefully be restored very soon.
