Guohua You'ai, Hai'an, Confucius Temple, and Chengda business districts compete for revitalization business opportunities

As the domestic pandemic slows, bans on gatherings and related activities are gradually lifted, and with the central government's "Triple Stimulus Vouchers" set to launch on July 15, many business district operators say they will roll out discount measures to seize revitalization business opportunities. Tainan City's Guohua You'ai Business District, Hai'an Business District, and Confucius Temple Business District are among the first to mobilize and offer store discount measures, hoping people will bring their Triple Stimulus Vouchers to Tainan's business districts to grab the deals and boost spending.

Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-che said that in response to the central government's Triple Stimulus Vouchers, Tainan City's Guohua You'ai Business District, Hai'an Business District, and Confucius Temple Business District are offering store discounts. The Guohua You'ai Business District is cooperating with the NT$200 and NT$500 Triple Stimulus Voucher measures, offering a 10% discount on qualifying purchases or exchanging goods of equivalent value to jointly market the district's stores. The Hai'an Business District, in response to the issuance of the stimulus vouchers, offers a 10% discount on qualifying purchases or small gifts. The Confucius Temple Business District, after creating a mobile payment street last year, will distribute Confucius Temple Business District LOHAS Vouchers through the Jiekou Payment digital marketing platform, with which customers can also enjoy a 10% discount at cooperating stores in the district and additional Jiekou Payment rewards. Tainan City's Chengda Business District has launched a qualifying-purchase scratch card promotion, "Revitalization Consumption Go," and in cooperation with the NT$200 and NT$500 Triple Stimulus Voucher measures, it is issuing scratch cards for qualifying purchases: bring a stimulus voucher to designated stores in the district and spend NT$200 or more in a single transaction to receive 1 scratch card (NT$400 for 2 cards, NT$600 for 3 cards... and so on). Every prize on the scratch cards is a winner, including super prizes such as a PGO Ur1 electric scooter, a Sony Xperia 1 II first-release 5G smartphone, and a Shangri-La accommodation voucher. In addition to the Triple Stimulus Voucher discounts, customers can also enjoy additional rewards from cooperating stores in the district.
