Happy Christmas City 3D Light Sculpture Concert Debuts on the 19th, Hualien Q-Coins Warm-Up with Generous Giveaways

Following the lighting of a 9-meter-tall Christmas tree at Hualien City's White Lighthouse Park on December 1 this year, which kicked off the festivities, the main events of the "2019 Hualien Happy Christmas City" organized by Hualien County Government from the 19th to the 25th are about to unfold one after another. They include the dazzling 2019 3D light sculpture projection show on Taiwan's largest church, a Christmas market where you can enjoy diverse and smart spending during the traditional holiday season, a Christmas concert led by a Golden Melody Award-winning king of singers, a celebration party, and a cute reindeer vintage car parade, among many other exciting activities. Visitors and residents are welcome to come to Hualien and enjoy a happy and warm Christmas.

Zhang Zhixiang, Acting Director of the Hualien County Government Tourism Department, said that before the main events begin, the Hualien County Government will send out small Christmas gifts to warm up for the activities. On the 17th and 18th (Tuesday and Wednesday), for two consecutive days, 100-yuan "Hualien Good Q" Q-coins will be given away on the Hualien Good Q official website, and the Q-coins can be used to offset purchases at the Christmas market. In addition, from December 19 to 23, starting at 19:15 each evening until the end of that day's activities, a "Take a Photo, Post It, Get a Gift" event will be held at the service desk at the pavilion in White Lighthouse Park. Simply post photos from the event site on FB or IG with the hashtag Hualien Happy Christmas City (#HualienHappyChristmasCity), and after confirmation by the service desk staff, you can receive 1 exquisite small Christmas gift. There are 100 gifts per day, available while supplies last. Residents are welcome to come to the site to celebrate the holiday together and receive great gifts!
