New Taipei Christmas Market sweet whirlwind arrives, three days straight to grab three great gifts plus perks

From December 6 to 8, three days in a row, the New Taipei Christmas Market will make its sweet debut at the Civic Plaza, with 82 carefully selected specialty food and gift stalls, plus three free gifts every day - "Interactive Gift," "Game Gift" and "Spend Gift" - and three promotional offers - "Toss & Win," "Grand Auction" and "Lucky Draw." The New Taipei City Economic Development Department explained that in addition to many offers from the 82 stalls, such as discounts starting at 50% off and buy-one-get-one-free deals, three free gifts are offered every day: the "Interactive Gift," limited to 100 people per day, given to anyone who takes a photo with a stall on site and posts it to their personal FB or IG with a check-in; the "Game Gift," which you have a chance to get by joining fun games on site; and the "Spend Gift," limited to 300 portions per day, where spending NT$300 lets you exchange for a NT$30 cash voucher. Not only that, the event also adds three promotional offers every day, including "Toss & Win," where you can buy back products at a discount by hitting the nine-square grid; the "Grand Auction," where quality goods start bidding at NT$1; and the NT$100 lucky bag "Lucky Draw," letting people buy Christmas gifts at superb prices and boosting the market's popularity and sales.

The New Taipei City Economic Development Department added that the New Taipei Christmas Market runs from December 6 to 8, daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with stalls offering everything from cakes and desserts to specialty souvenirs, home decorations and accessories.
