New Taipei Wetland Art Season "Fusion" opens 11/9 with a lively opening concert

The third New Taipei Wetland Art Season "Fusion" is about to kick off on November 9 (Sat) under the Xinyue Bridge in Banqiao! This year's Wetland Art Season, through diverse participation in wetland education and art co-creation actions, launches a dialogue between science and art, taking the wetland's six major elements of water source, soil, life, regulation, buffering and supply as its creative themes. A total of 6 works are on display this time, with the exhibition running until December 8. The opening concert is scheduled to officially begin at 15:20 on the same day (11/9), inviting performers who are equally passionate about the environment to celebrate with everyone. On site, there will also be an eco-friendly market, plant rubbing DIY, artwork guided tours and a stamp-collecting challenge activity. Those who complete the stamp collection will not only receive a exquisite small gift, but can also enter a lucky draw! The event runs for two days, with exciting things to look forward to. At 16:00 on November 10, there will also be an "Art Creation Forum." Everyone passing by, do not miss it!

The New Taipei Wetland Art Season "Fusion" uses natural materials as creative materials, inviting Yang Fangyi, founder of "Fei Qing Bu Fei / Fei Jiao," "Gogozi Crochet" artist Lin Zifen, Wugou Environmental Design designer Chen Delong, the Department of Landscape Architecture at Fu Jen Catholic University, and the nearby school New Taipei Municipal Banqiao Junior High School to co-create six works including "Earth Woven Ribbon," "Wetland Relationship Web," "Autumn Harvest and Winter Storage Rice Vat," "Chuan Chuan," "Wet Soil Following Principles" and "Intruding into the Wetland." Everyone is welcome to attend the "Art Creation Forum" held at 16:00 on 11/10 (Sun), where the art season curator, artists, art volunteers and co-creation participants are invited to share the arduous journey of creation and tell the interesting stories behind the works!

We sincerely invite everyone to come under the Xinyue Bridge to enjoy the works, browse the market and take part in the challenge activities. The opening event will kick off lively at 14:00 on November 9, and the concert will officially begin at 15:20.
