"Puli Local Specialty Industry Mini Park" Grandly Unveiled with Strong Investment Appeal

Taiwan's first industrial park themed around tourism factories - the "Puli Local Specialty Industry Mini Park" - after years of planning, design and construction, was grandly unveiled and opened on the 29th. Nantou County - fully driving the economic development of local specialty industries, guiding and providing small and medium-sized enterprises that balance low pollution, environmental protection and a human-centered spirit to move in, creating a brand-new "Local Specialty Industry Mini Park" for the greater Puli area!

County Magistrate Lin Ming-chen stated in his opening speech that creating a new industrial zone, especially the uniquely distinctive Puli Mini Industrial Park, required the county government to overcome many difficulties. He was very grateful to the contractor for the high-quality construction and full efforts that made it a success, enabling the entire area to accommodate seven manufacturers. It could be called a "small but beautiful" park, and even before opening, three-sevenths of the industrial land had already been sold.

County Magistrate Lin Ming-chen said that the Puli Mini Industrial Park will take food tourism factories as its main development axis. In addition to having complete basic public infrastructure, including a sewage plant, green belts, ecological detention ponds, water, electricity and gas pipelines, and 12-meter-wide roads, drainage and streetlights, allowing investing manufacturers to have everything in place after building their factories without additional investment, more importantly, the park's transportation location is superb, only a two-minute drive from the National Highway No. 6 Puli Interchange. Nearby are also the Puli Chikanding Amusement Park being planned by Lihpao International, the Fuxing Hot Spring Area, Chung Tai Chan Monastery and the Flower Logistics Center, giving it excellent appeal for crowds and money.
