New Taipei City Mayor Hou Yu-ih strongly invites everyone to come chill together on the Youth Coastal Line

The New Taipei City Tourism and Travel Department teamed up with "everyone's wife" Julia Wu to launch the latest "Youth Coastal Line" brand image film "Higher" yesterday (the 26th). Its light, relaxed musical style, paired with the beautiful scenery along the coastal line, showcases today's most chill new travel style. Mayor Hou Yu-ih praised the MV song's youthful energy, saying it feels like wandering in the sea breeze and enjoying the ease of a lazy, slow lifestyle. After hearing it, you just want to take a vacation and have fun, and he encouraged everyone to combine human-centered tourism with sustainable green energy development and enjoy the joy and relaxation of the Youth Coastal Line together.

"If you don't come, you'll regret it for the rest of your life," Mayor Hou Yu-ih said. The Youth Coastal Line connects the pearls of Taiwan's most beautiful coastline, stretching all the way from Tamsui, Sanzhi, Shimen, Jinshan, and Wanli to Ruifang and Gongliao, with a total length of 145 km. Along the route, geographical, historical, and cultural attractions are abundant. You can ride the Jimmy Liao art-themed Danhai LRT to visit Tamsui Old Street and historic sites; you can also take a boat from Shen'ao Fishing Harbor out to sea, admire the masterfully carved Elephant Trunk Rock, and look into the distance at the newly illuminated Thirteen Levels ruins.

Not only that, Mayor Hou Yu-ih also said that the Youth Coastal Line upholds the environmental concept of sustainable development and plans friendly pedestrian walkways and bicycle lanes for human-centered tourism. Gogoro will add 11 green-energy electric scooter rental stations along the coastline from Tamsui to Gongliao before April next year (the 109th year of the Republic of China). In addition, this time it has also partnered with KKday to launch the "Tesla eco-friendly green-energy chartered one-day tour," with a driver providing chauffeured service so visitors can enjoy the most beautiful coastline.

The Tourism and Travel Department said that the Youth Coastal Line brand image film is the MV "Higher," jointly launched by Golden Horse Award-winning director Chen Yu-chieh and R&B rising star Julia Wu. It was filmed at locations including the Danhai LRT, Jinshan Zhongjiao Bay, and Shen'ao Bay, capturing a happy, relaxed sense of carefree ease. The city government has also launched various independent travel and group tour packages, including "Shen'ao Mini Trip - Boat Tour of Secret Sites and Lighting Up the Thirteen Levels."
