Greenhouse flower disease prevention and control must not be neglected during the rainy season
Rainstorm weather has caused many crops to suffer from waterlogging. Although flowers in greenhouses are fortunate enough to avoid waterlogging, because the greenhouse is often kept tightly closed without ventilation, both temperature and humidity increase somewhat, and such an environment very easily leads to the occurrence of pests and diseases. Therefore, attention should be paid to doing a good job in cultivation management to avoid or reduce the occurrence of pests and diseases.
1. Flower pots should not be placed too densely, spray-style watering is prohibited, and the number of waterings should be reduced. 2. Appropriately increase the application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers and apply less nitrogen fertilizer. 3. Drain water promptly after rain, and ventilate the greenhouse to let in light so as to lower the temperature and remove moisture. 4. Promptly cut off and destroy diseased leaves when found, and promptly spray Hushu Dajiangjun in the greenhouse for disinfection to inhibit pathogen replication and improve control effectiveness. 5. The rainy season easily triggers diseases such as anthracnose, leaf spot, and blight. In the early stage of the disease, targeted agents can be sprayed together with 500-fold diluted Xingao Zhimo for prevention and control, once every 7-10 days, which can block pests' sense of smell, inhibit pathogen replication, reduce their resistance to the chemicals and the amount of chemicals used, and enhance the effect of the pesticide.
