Differences between Laura and Pachyveria 'Clavifolia' and 'Rochii', explained with multiple comparison photos

Differences between Laura and Pachyveria 'Clavifolia' and 'Rochii'
1. Differences in leaf shape
Rochii's leaves are smaller than Laura's; Rochii's leaves are round and short, while Pachyveria 'Clavifolia' can be told apart at a glance, as its leaves are somewhat longer, and it readily grows offsets. Of course, a master grower who cultivates them better may be able to get short, round leaves on any of them, but from my observations, no matter how short and round Laura's leaves get, the leaf width is still there, and they are not as exquisitely cute as Rochii's.
2. Differences in care
Grown under the same care conditions, the three varieties ranked from easiest to hardest to color up: Rochii<劳尔<凝脂莲。
Let's start with the hardest one to care for, Pachyveria 'Clavifolia'. This one is the hardest to bring into color; when Rochii and Laura have both turned red, this one only has a tiny red dot at the leaf tip. According to an older fellow I know who runs a greenhouse, Pachyveria 'Clavifolia' at full color is jelly yellow, but I have never managed to grow it to that degree. Still, Pachyveria 'Clavifolia' has relatively thin leaves, and personally I feel it looks more like a lotus.

Here's Laura. Laura looks like it has a thicker, heavier powdery coating, and its leaves are wider. Grown under the same conditions as Rochii, when Rochii had reached full color, Laura had only slightly red edges. This photo was taken 10 days ago; now the edges are a bit redder, but still not even one tenth as red as Rochii.

The pot in the photo below is Rochii. It colors up first, and it is not just a little red edging - the red develops blood-red spots. Laura will also get red edges when exposed to the sun, but really only the edges; to get redder, or to develop the kind of color Rochii has, under the same care conditions and in the same amount of time, is absolutely impossible to achieve identically.
