Teacher Lu Li-cheng said that when the Yilan Museum Family was established in 2000, the very first thing it did was take everyone on a trip. Because there was a team, a vision, and a shared action plan, they went traveling together and discovering together. Nineteen years later, the Yilan Museum Family Association also took on the role of a connecting platform, holding the Yilan County Museum Enterprise Capacity-Building Exchange from May 28 to 30, leading Yilan's local cultural centers and community partners to visit Sanxia, Gukeng and Huwei in Yunlin, and Daxi, learning from these places through visits about social enterprise management, integrating local industry with agricultural tourism, cultural life circles of regional collaboration, the promotion of environmental education in gold-medal rural villages, and the operation of ecomuseums for regional revitalization.
