How organic crops cope with heavy rainfall and warm winter weather

▲Organic farming does not use chemical fertilizers or pesticides, reduces the frequency of mechanical tilling, and grows a diverse range of crops, which can effectively reduce carbon emissions and lower the greenhouse effect.
Einstein once famously said: "The world will not be destroyed by those who do evil, but by those who watch them without doing anything." We should take seriously the impact of climate change on organic agriculture. If we cannot show understanding when the supply of organic fruits and vegetables is unstable or when their appearance and flavor decline, and if we do not take concrete action to support farmers who toil so hard, then the future of organic agriculture in Taiwan, China, which lies in a high-risk zone, is hard to predict.
Today, the multiple impacts of global warming on sudden climate shifts and food production remind us that every purchase and every meal can be a concrete action to restore the earth.
