What methods are there for growing potted lemons, and how many steps do they consist of

Usually when we eat fruit with seeds, we get the idea of planting those seeds, but often we end up with nothing. This is actually because our method is wrong and we do not know how to grow them. Take lemons, for example. So today, the editor will teach everyone a trick to turn fruit seeds into a forest, so you can also grow potted lemons yourself. So, what methods are there for growing potted lemons? How many steps do they consist of?

Step one: choose a pot without drainage holes (since lemon seeds are relatively small, you can choose a smaller pot to create the look of a forest).

Step two: remember to buy lemons with seeds. Cut open a fresh lemon, take out the seeds, and select plump seeds.

Step three: put the seeds in a bowl, rinse them several times with clean water, then add water until it covers the seeds and soak for one week (change the water every day, and keep soaking until most of the seeds have cracked open, which is a sign that the little sprouts inside are about to come out).

Step four: spread a layer of small stones at the bottom of the pot. The gaps between the stones can retain air and excess water, letting the plant roots breathe.

Step five: pour in bagged flower-growing soil bought from the flower market, spread it to near the edge of the pot, and press the seeds into the soil one next to another, half-buried. Remember to point the pointed end upward and the round end downward, which makes it easier for them to sprout.

Step six: spread a layer of small stones on top of the seeds (it is recommended to use porous, water-absorbing materials such as maifan stone, volcanic stone, and akadama soil).

Step seven: use a spray bottle to slowly spray water four times around the pot, and the soil will be almost thoroughly wet. Just spray twice a day, and wait patiently.

Step eight: the waiting time will be a little long, about ten days. During this period, promptly remove any moldy, dead seeds. After more than ten days, the little sprouts begin to emerge. After more than a month, the carefully cultivated little lemon forest will have grown.

Small potted plants have been very popular among young people in recent years. Their small, cute size and their effect of blocking radiation when placed in front of a computer are reasons everyone likes them. You might as well try growing a potted plant yourself; it will bring a different feeling to our home.
