Can potted plants grow strong roots and green leaves just by having a little drink? No need to fertilize when growing flowers at home
Many of the flowers we usually grow are very fond of fertilizer, and alcohol is an excellent flower fertilizer for fertilizer-loving flowers. Giving them a sip now and then can make the flowers grow vigorously without getting bugs.

1. Baijiu
Baijiu contains a high concentration of alcohol and has a very good sterilizing and disinfecting effect. Dilute the baijiu about three times, dip a cotton swab in the liquor and apply it to the leaves with pests. This can kill pests such as aphids and scale insects, easily solving the pest problem.

Moreover, if succulents develop black rot, you can also use a water solution of liquor to wipe the wound. This can play a sterilizing and disinfecting role, prevent the black rot on succulents from spreading further, and allow them to grow better after being repotted.
2. Rice wine
Rice wine itself is brewed from glutinous rice. Both the wine and the lees are very good fertilizer for growing flowers. We can dry the rice wine for a few days and then mix it with substances such as wheat bran and peanut bran. After sealing and fermenting for more than a month, it can become a very good flower fertilizer with sufficient fertility.

3. Beer
Beer is rich in organic matter. Using it to grow flowers is a very good fertilizer and can promote flowering and improve soil structure. Let leftover beer sit for three days, then dilute it about ten times. When watering the flowers, slowly pour it along the edge of the pot. This can improve the soil's pH and also promote flowering.

For some large-leaved green plants at home, such as pothos and clivia, you can wipe them with diluted beer. This is a very good foliar fertilizer and can make the leaves green and shiny, emerald green and glossy!
