Use these four things for growing flowers, and the leaves will be glossy green and the plants will bloom abundantly, with no need to buy flower fertilizer
As the saying goes, if you want your flowers to grow well, you need to keep up with fertilizer, but nowadays various inorganic flower-growing methods are being promoted, and chemical flower fertilizers seem to be less popular, so when growing flowers in an ordinary household, what nutrients should we supplement for the flowers so they can grow well and bloom vigorously? Today I will share with everyone four very useful flower-growing fertilizers.
1. Bone meal

During the Chinese New Year, every household has more meat, and the bones left after eating meat can be processed into bone meal to grow flowers, which is simply superb. The production process is a little troublesome: brush the bones clean, disinfect them, grind them into powder, and set aside for later use. When repotting flowers normally, add a little at the bottom of the pot, which can very well promote potted flowers and plants to form buds and bloom, and make the root system stronger.
2. Plant ash

In summer, when growing some herbaceous flowers and plants, pruning is basically done. After pruning, sprinkle a thin layer of plant ash, which can supplement the soil with potassium fertilizer and eliminate pests and diseases, but it must not be used on flowers and plants that prefer acidic soil.
3. Cake fertilizer

It mainly refers to rapeseed cake fertilizer. This needs to be fermented before use. It can be added to the bottom of the pot as a base fertilizer, or used when topdressing.
4. Eggshells

There are two ways to use them: one is to grind them into powder for topdressing, and the other is to dry them and make them into granules to mix into the soil. Not only can they slowly provide fertilizer, but they can also make the soil looser and more breathable.
No matter which fertilizer is used, you need to pay attention to applying thin fertilizer frequently; using too much instead will harm the roots.
