Beijing Foreign Enterprise Trade Union Federation organizes gardening training to celebrate International Women's Day

Today, the Beijing Foreign Enterprise Trade Union Federation organized a gardening training event to celebrate International Women's Day. More than 130 people participated in the training activity, including female trade union chairpersons, female employee committee members, female trade union cadres, and key staff from foreign-funded enterprises.

During the training, the gardening instructor introduced succulents in terms of pot selection, soil mixing, watering, fertilizing, lighting, and propagation, and explained in detail the steps and techniques for planting succulents. Under the on-site guidance of the gardening instructor, the trade union cadres and staff of foreign-funded enterprises planted step by step. After more than two hours of planting, pots of succulent arrangements in various shapes emerged. Everyone happily chatted about their cultivation experiences while holding the succulent potted plants they had planted themselves. These succulent arrangements embodied the creativity and aesthetic sense of each training participant.

This training activity was praised by the female employees of foreign-funded enterprises. Everyone said that planting succulents can not only beautify the office environment, but also bring spiritual enjoyment. As International Women's Day approaches, activities like this have promoted mutual exchange and learning among the trade union cadres and staff of foreign-funded enterprises, cultivated everyone's awareness of loving life and paying attention to health, and created a joyful, harmonious, and enterprising holiday atmosphere. They hoped that more activities could be organized in the future to bring a rich and colorful life to employees.
