Edible Mushroom Project Settles in Guannan: 20,000 Square Meters, Factory-Style Modern Production

    Recently, a 20,000-square-meter factory-style modern edible mushroom project with a total investment of 100 million yuan by Shanghai Yisheng Food Co., Ltd. was signed with the agricultural park and officially settled in the Guannan Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone.

The project covers an area of 150 mu and mainly produces pure white enoki mushrooms (Flammulina filiformis) and king oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus eryngii). A modern edible mushroom factory of 20,000 square meters will be newly built, adopting internationally advanced factory-style cultivation technology and equipment for the breeding and cultivation of edible mushrooms, and implementing standardized and large-scale production. The project is planned to be invested in two phases. The first phase involves an investment of 50 million yuan to build a 10,000-square-meter enoki mushroom factory. After production begins, the annual output of enoki mushrooms will be 4,400 tons, with an estimated annual output value of 53 million yuan, a profit of 18 million yuan, tax payments of 11.9 million yuan, and foreign exchange earnings from exports of 3 million USD; the second phase involves an investment of 50 million yuan to build a 10,000-square-meter king oyster mushroom factory. After production begins, the annual output of king oyster mushrooms will be 3,600 tons, with an estimated annual output value of 54 million yuan, a profit of 17 million yuan, tax payments of 11 million yuan, and foreign exchange earnings from exports of 3 million USD.

After the project is completed, it will create long-term employment opportunities for local farmers. The project uses rice bran, sawdust and other crop processing by-products as raw materials, and through organic integration with biotechnology, turns waste into treasure, can maximize the added value of agricultural products, and further increase the output and efficiency of Guannan's agriculture, achieving higher agricultural income and greater farmer efficiency. At the same time, it will also greatly raise the level and scale of Guannan's edible mushroom industry cluster and add strong momentum to the accelerated development of Guannan's edible mushroom industry.
