10 projects land at the Chongqing Xiushan Honeysuckle Festival, attracting 800 million yuan in investment

    The investment project signing ceremony of the first Chongqing Xiushan Honeysuckle Festival was held in Xiushan yesterday afternoon. A total of 10 major projects will be established in Xiushan County, with a total investment of more than 820 million yuan. 

It is understood that the largest investment is the "Jindaolong medicinal fertilizer project" of Guangxi Letu Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 200 million yuan. The "honeysuckle base construction and raw material procurement" project of Shandong Pingyi Wanxingyuan Trading Co., Ltd. involves an investment of 50 million yuan; the "honeysuckle base construction and raw material procurement" project of Guangdong Shenzhen Keben Industrial Co., Ltd. has a total investment of 60 million yuan. There is also a "free-range chicken breeding and processing project" with an investment of 30 million yuan. 

Xiushan County Mayor Wang Jie said that this year the county's honeysuckle planting area has reached 160,000 mu, and it is expected that 15,000 tons of fresh flowers can be harvested. He stated that the Xiushan honeysuckle industry will aim to be the largest in scale, most deeply researched, longest in chain, and best in returns nationwide, and will expand the honeysuckle planting scale to 300,000 mu in 2 years.
