After learning of this, Li sued Hu in court, demanding compensation of 407 yuan for medical expenses and lost wages.

After ascertaining the facts, the Huinong District People's Court held that in this incident, the Li couple should bear the primary responsibility and Hu should bear the secondary responsibility. Recently, the court made a first-instance judgment: the Li couple should compensate Hu 672.08 yuan, and Hu should compensate Li 75.52 yuan.
