Argentine exchange: wheat crop conditions vary across regions
(Agricultural Wealth Network)     According to the weekly report released by the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange of Argentina on November 11, wheat harvesting has so far been 8.6% complete.

At present, the condition of wheat crops across the country is uneven, with wheat crops in the central agricultural production areas growing well, while wheat in the southern region has been affected by drought weather.

Wheat yields in the southern region may be significantly reduced, but increased yields in other regions will offset this loss.

The exchange still maintained its wheat production figure unchanged at 7.75 million tons. This is far below the five-year average of 14.8 million tons.

Domestic wheat demand is about 6.5 million tons, which means wheat export supply is only 1.25 million tons.
