Tianjin launches the creation of vegetable standard gardens
(Agricultural Wealth Network) In order to further improve the quality and safety level of vegetable products and enhance the market competitiveness of products, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture on Issuing the National Vegetable Standard Garden Creation Work Plan, the Municipal Agriculture Bureau recently held a meeting on the creation of vegetable standard gardens. Deputy directors in charge and heads of vegetable sections (stations) from the Municipal Vegetable Station, the Municipal Pollution-Free Agricultural Products (Planting Industry) Management Center, and the agriculture bureaus of the three districts and counties of Jixian, Baodi and Jinghai attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Division Chief Zhang Jianshu reported on the relevant circumstances of the national vegetable standard garden creation activity launch ceremony held by the Ministry of Agriculture in Ningxia on October 30. Everyone seriously studied, researched and discussed the Ministry of Agriculture's national vegetable standard garden creation work plan, and further clarified the content and tasks of Tianjin's vegetable standard garden creation work in light of the actual conditions of each district and county. The meeting required that each district and county attach great importance to the vegetable standard garden creation activity, effectively strengthen leadership, reinforce responsibility, increase work efforts, and, in light of local realities, ensure the "five" implementations, namely: implementation of work responsibility, implementation of creation gardens, implementation of supporting technology, implementation of management systems, and implementation of publicity work.
