Hanzhuang Town, Wuyi County, Hebei: "Four Focuses and Four Promotions" Fully Launch the Autumn-Winter Afforestation Campaign
(Agricultural Wealth Network) After the autumn-winter afforestation mobilization meeting in Wuyi County, Hanzhuang Town acted quickly and designated a key planned area along the east of National Highway 106 covering 15 villages and nearly 13,000 mu, fully setting off a peak in autumn-winter afforestation.

A leading group for afforestation with the town mayor as commander was established, and for key large areas and key road sections, a contracted responsibility system under the town's supervising leaders was implemented. The whole town was divided into 9 responsibility areas, with a district chief subcontracting responsibility system, and the top leader of each village taking full responsibility; afforestation and management maintenance were incorporated into a long-term management mechanism and linked to the assessment of the village two committees.
Second, focus on publicity and mobilization to promote awareness in place. Recently, a mobilization meeting attended by all town and village cadres was held, and detailed arrangements and deployments for specific work were made. By using various forms such as village broadcasts, posting slogans, and printing and distributing publicity materials, vigorous publicity and mobilization were carried out for afforestation work, forming a strong atmosphere in which everyone cares and everyone participates.
Third, focus on mechanism building to promote confirmation of rights in place. For the involved forest network road sections, a public bidding method was adopted to clarify the land use rights for trees and tree ownership, and contracts were signed, fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of contract holders to plant trees well, manage trees well, and protect trees well, ensuring the results of afforestation, and insisting on relying on mechanisms to ensure survival and relying on mechanisms to ensure quality.
