Sixth, promote mechanical processing to promote clean tea production. Build 3 first-class famous and high-quality green tea processing production lines in northern Sichuan.
Seventh, cultivate and strengthen leading enterprises to promote industrialized tea operations. Build Micangshan Tea Group into a national-level leading enterprise and Qifo Tribute Tea Group into a provincial-level leading enterprise.
Eighth, integrate and build brands to promote the marketization of award-winning famous brands. Build the Micangshan tea brand into a China Well-Known Trademark and the Qifo Tribute Tea brand into a Sichuan Famous Trademark.

Combining famous mountains, famous rivers, famous cities and the Empress, Three Kingdoms, pre-Qin, and Red Army cultures, build the uniquely distinctive Micangshan tea industry and Qifo tea industry culture.

Achieve tea output of 10,000 tons, comprehensive output value of 2 billion yuan, and per capita net income of tea farmers in tea areas of over 1,000 yuan. Strive to build Guangyuan into an important organic selenium-rich and zinc-rich green tea production base in the province by 2012, and build Wangcang County and Qingchuan County into strong modern tea industry counties in the province.
