Up to now, the county has built tens of thousands of solar greenhouses, with a total area of 22,400 mu, achieving a vegetable output value of 132 million yuan; the number of pigs raised has reached 78,000, the number of chickens raised has reached 1.3 million, and 9 high-standard breeding communities have been built. Seven "one township, one product" specialized production bases, including tomatoes in Xiasiwan Town and chicken farming in Laoshan Township, have been initially built. Last year, the output value of livestock and poultry exceeded 100 million yuan, and the county was awarded the title of "Advanced County in 'One Village, One Product' Work" by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government. The county has newly built 10 "one village, one product" demonstration villages, bringing the total number of demonstration villages to 17.
The county has issued support measures for agricultural industry construction, providing policy support for the application of new technologies and the building of industrialization leading enterprises in key villages for the "one village, one product" construction of vegetables and livestock, and takes the promotion and application of science and technology as an important means of advancing "one village, one product" construction, concentrating efforts on building a number of standardized breeding demonstration villages for comprehensive vegetable technology and breeding communities, and fully promoting and applying the "six major technologies" of vegetable production and standardized breeding technology. At the same time, in key villages for "one village, one product" construction where industries have already taken shape, more than 10 farmers' professional cooperatives for vegetables and breeding have been established, bringing the county's farmers' professional cooperatives to 32.
