Mushroom varieties suitable for autumn and winter cultivation

After the beginning of autumn, natural temperatures gradually change from high to low, which is suitable for the growth and reproduction of many kinds of mushrooms and is also the golden season for edible mushroom production. Here we select some varieties suitable for autumn and winter cultivation and briefly introduce their temperature type and fruiting temperature range for reference when planting.

Oyster mushrooms: There are many oyster mushroom varieties, divided into low-temperature type, medium-temperature type, high-temperature type and wide-temperature type. The fruiting temperature of the low-temperature type is 2°C—22°C, that of the medium-temperature type is 8°C—24°C, that of the high-temperature type is 15°C—37°C, and that of the wide-temperature type is 4°C—32°C.
