[Expo Overview]
As the largest and most effective professional agricultural means of production industry event in Southwest China, the Yunnan Agricultural Means of Production Expo brings together well-known agricultural means of production suppliers from home and abroad, showcases today's most advanced agricultural means of production products and technologies, and accurately conveys the development trends of the agricultural means of production industry. It has received strong support from numerous government bodies, industry associations and media, and high recognition from many customers. [Review of the Previous Edition]
The 2011 Yunnan Agricultural Means of Production Expo was successfully held on September 16-17 at the Kunming International Convention and Exhibition Center. The expo attracted more than 230 enterprises to exhibit, with an exhibition area of nearly 10,000 sq m. During the exhibition, it received more than 23,000 visits from professional visitors from Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangdong, Guangxi and other regions, and many new agricultural means of production products and technologies were well promoted.

[Comments from Exhibitors of the Previous Edition]
Zhengshi Chemical Co., Ltd.: This expo had not only local buyers from Yunnan, but also many customers from Guizhou, Sichuan, Guangxi and other places. Our company closed deals with dozens of customers on the spot and had a great many potential customers. We will continue to exhibit in 2012.
Shandong Cucumber Downy Mildew Research Institute: Through this expo we successfully developed the Southwest market. The expo results were very good. Thanks to the organizing committee for building this platform. Our company will continue to exhibit next year.
Xiongzhuang Fertilizer Co., Ltd.: This was the fourth time exhibiting at an expo organized by Guangzhou Zhongwei Exhibition Company, and the results were good every time. Next year our company will do a custom-built booth.
Sichuan Guoguang Agricultural Means of Production Co., Ltd.: The expo results were much better than I expected, beyond expectations. Taiwan Wuzhou Fertilizer Co., Ltd.: In addition to strengthening the development of new markets in the Southwest region, this participation also allowed face-to-face exchanges with many partners. Yunnan Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Ecological Engineering Company: The expo was very successfully held and built a very good exchange platform for Yunnan's agricultural means of production industry. Our company achieved the expected results, and next year we will also take these two booths.
Hefei Jiuyi Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd.: I didn't expect so many distributors to come, beyond expectations.
Shenyang Research Institute of Chemical Industry: The expo results were good, very good. I hope the next edition will invite more large enterprises to exhibit.

[Looking Ahead to 2012]
The exhibition area of the 2012 Yunnan Agricultural Means of Production Expo will expand to 15,000 sq m, with 400 exhibiting enterprises. More well-known and leading enterprises in the industry will be invited to exhibit, and efforts will be made to invite foreign-funded enterprises with high technical content to participate, further improving the quality of exhibiting enterprises. Several high-quality forum events will be held. Efforts to invite professional visitors will be increased, with an expected 30,000 visits, and more distributors from surrounding provinces and cities will be invited to participate. In 2012 we will continue to uphold the concept of providing high-quality services for the agricultural means of production industry and build a better exchange platform.
