Juye Agricultural Machinery Cooperatives Build a Golden Bridge to Prosperity for Farmers

In recent years, with the rapid development and growth of agricultural machinery cooperatives and other socialized agricultural machinery service organizations across the county, the agricultural mechanization cause of Juye County has presented a sound pattern of "organized services, large-scale operations, modernized equipment, standardized management, and sound and rapid development." Agricultural machinery cooperatives, this emerging vehicle of socialized services, have given full play to their role as the main force in the county's agricultural production and have built a golden bridge leading farmers to prosperity.

During this year's "Three Autumns" period, 36 agricultural machinery cooperatives and more than 600 large agricultural machinery households in Juye County, under the unified coordination and dispatch of the agricultural machinery department, strictly followed the requirements of "Five Unifications" standardized operations, vigorously promoted order-based agricultural machinery operations, and actively implemented "one-stop" operation services for sowing, harvesting and transport, completing a total order-based agricultural machinery operation area of 360,000 mu, including 120,000 mu of mechanized corn harvesting, 140,000 mu of no-till wheat sowing, and 38,000 mu of deep loosening, completing a cross-regional operation area of 120,000 mu, with cumulative operation income of 23 million yuan. Through intensive management, standardized services and the implementation of "trusteeship" operations covering the entire agricultural production process, agricultural machinery cooperatives saved more than 8 million yuan in costs for farmers, freed up rural surplus labor and promoted the transfer of 160,000 laborers, and increased farmers' income by more than 60 million yuan. For example, in implementing "one-stop" operation services, Chengshe Agricultural Machinery Cooperative integrated the supply of improved seeds, pesticides and chemical fertilizers, carried out serialized services for the entire agricultural production process, spared more than 300 migrant workers from worry about their full-year production, and increased farmers' income from off-farm work by nearly 7 million yuan within its operation area.

Relying on the advantage of optimized agricultural machinery resource management, the specialized agricultural machinery cooperatives of Juye County have carried out "plowing, sowing, harvesting and management" one-stop operation services for farmers. This has not only opened up a green channel for the transfer of local rural labor, but also provided strong comprehensive operation service guarantees for increasing agricultural output and farmers' income across the county, effectively building a bridge for farmers toward the development of the secondary and tertiary industries.
