In order to accelerate rural informatization, enable the broad masses of farmers to understand information and master technology, and solve the problem of poor flow of scientific, technological and economic information, the ** Science and Technology Department commissioned the Changji Productivity Promotion Center in 2006 to implement and promote the autonomous region's key science and technology project -- the "** Rural Science and Technology Information Village-to-Village Project."

The multilingual version of the "Agricultural Information Express" software is one of the achievements of this project. The "Agricultural Information Express" software is a rural modern information service platform integrating three languages: Chinese, Uyghur and Kazakh.     In order to enrich the website's content and ensure its updating speed, the Changji Productivity Promotion Center also formed an information collection and editing team of more than 100 people, covering 10 prefectures and 45 counties and cities across Xinjiang, and built a county-township-village (household) three-in-one network system. This system ensures the authenticity, effectiveness and relevance of the website's information. At the same time, the center also established an information worker team, mainly composed of science and technology demonstration households, large-scale crop and livestock producers, people who have become wealthy through their leadership, and brokers, who can both collect and publish information and provide technical guidance and services. Up to now, the ** Agricultural Information Network has reached more than 2 million visits per year, achieved more than 200,000 yuan in agricultural product transactions, and has indirectly benefited nearly 700,000 farmers in **.
