It has a smooth, glossy, attractive appearance, thin skin, crisp flesh, fine and tender texture, abundant juice, honey-like sweetness, and a rich aroma, making its quality excellent. The Golden Plum Jujube has an edible rate of 96.4%, a moisture content of 65.4%, and a soluble solids content of 32.2%. It has been praised by domestic experts as a “national treasure” and called the “oriental divine fruit” by international friends.
