Liaoning college-graduate village official transforms into a flower fairy, leading the people to prosperity

Wu Tianyu, a college-graduate village official and deputy secretary of the village Party branch in Qilihe Village, Qilihe Economic and Technological Development Zone, Yi County, Liaoning Province, actively guides villagers in starting businesses to escape poverty and achieve prosperity. She found that the village's climate and soil conditions are very suitable for developing the flower industry, so through land transfer she built a cut flower startup park in the development zone. The cut flower startup park covers an area of 243 mu, and currently produces 25,000 cut gerbera flowers per day, with a daily output value of 13,000 yuan. This year, the village's per capita income exceeded 10,000 yuan, and the villagers all praise the college-graduate village official Wu Tianyu as a "flower fairy."
