Second, implement actions to accelerate the development of e-commerce; on the basis of the special action plan for promoting e-commerce development, continue to increase implementation efforts, seize hot spots and produce highlights. Third, develop service consumption based on online-offline interaction, advance the onlineization of traditional life service industries, and promote e-commerce into communities. Fourth, vigorously advance e-commerce poverty alleviation, raise the level of rural e-commerce application, and improve the precision of e-commerce poverty alleviation. Fifth, strengthen government public services, explore a practical-training-style mechanism for cultivating e-commerce talent, carry out in-depth pilot projects for e-commerce and logistics distribution, vigorously develop smart logistics, and accelerate the construction and application of commerce big data.
