Bazhong young man sells eggs online in Luojiang, Deyang: Egg Brother's annual sales approach one million
For ordinary people, the eggs that are a must-have for breakfast every day have been transformed into "wealth eggs" in the hands of Wu Xin, a post-80s young man from Bazhong. Egg Brother Wu Xin, through the currently popular WeChat and QQ, sells eggs from his own farm to all parts of the country, with the farthest reaching Mudanjiang in Heilongjiang Province. Now Egg Brother Wu Xin's annual sales have long exceeded one million.

"Egg Brother" is named Wu Xin, 31 years old this year, a native of Bazhong, Sichuan. Before he started his own business, Wu Xin always heard friends around him complaining that the free-range eggs bought on the market basically had no free-range egg flavor, and were far inferior to the free-range eggs eaten in childhood. Wu Xin thought, since it is not easy to buy the authentic free-range eggs of childhood in supermarkets and markets, why not become an "egg dealer" myself, from raising free-range chickens to laying eggs to sales, operating the whole chain from start to finish by myself, so that I can also share the deliciousness of more free-range eggs with more friends. So he decided to act at once, and Wu Xin began to look for a place to start his business.
"Young people, you know, like playing on QQ and WeChat. I saw people selling clothes and shoes on QQ and WeChat, and business was quite booming, so I also wanted to try opening up my own ecological farming and breeding business through online channels." Combining his usual interests, Wu Xin settled early on the idea of selling eggs online.
So, in 2012, the young man from Bazhong, Wu Xin, resolutely came to Luojiang, Deyang to develop ecological farming and breeding. From then on, Wu Xin embarked on this "egg road," selling free-range eggs on the internet and Weibo.
At the end of the same year he started his business, Wu Xin established his own Guagua Farm, mainly selling free-range eggs, with ecological farming and breeding as a supplement. At that time, young and hardworking Wu Xin often busied himself alone on the farm late into the night. Although it was somewhat tiring and hard, Wu Xin still remained full of energy every day as if he had been injected with adrenaline.
As Wu Xin's own free-range eggs went on sale on QQ and WeChat, the enthusiastic response from friends exceeded Wu Xin's imagination. A steady stream of orders began coming to Wu Xin from QQ and WeChat. Every day, from sorting orders to preparing goods to shipping, Wu Xin had to work late into the night. However, as business poured in heavily, problems followed.
Due to long-distance transportation and bumping, eggs were very easily damaged on the way. How to adjust the packaging method to reduce breakage became the biggest headache for Wu Xin at that time. Through continuous trial and exploration, after more than half a year, Wu Xin finally worked out a method of vacuum sealing plus an insulated box plus ice packs. The clever combination of these three forms could keep the free-range eggs he sold safe and sound during transportation.
Because the free-range eggs produced on Wu Xin's own farm tasted good, had authentic flavor, and came with good after-sales service, more and more friends began introducing Wu Xin's free-range eggs to their relatives and friends around them. With everyone's recognition and understanding, Wu Xin's free-range eggs have long been sold to all parts of the country, and the farthest order came from a customer in Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province.
Now Wu Xin's team alone has nearly 8,000 QQ users. "I have even more customers on my own WeChat and our farm's official WeChat account." Speaking of the current development of Guagua Farm, Wu Xin was all smiles.
Now, in addition to selling free-range eggs, Wu Xin has also developed the sales of other agricultural and sideline products such as free-range pigs, goat milk, and farm chickens. Many citizens in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou have long been Wu Xin's loyal customers. According to Wu Xin, up to now, this year's sales of his Guagua Farm have reached more than one million yuan.
"Although I earn a lot, I am also really tired." Wu Xin also admitted frankly that when he was just preparing to start his business, many people around him were not optimistic about it, and their attitude only changed somewhat after business became booming. Wu Xin said that the happiest thing about starting a business is not how much money he earned, but that he shared this purest flavor with everyone.
Next, Wu Xin also plans to do a good job in e-commerce sales, obtain a food circulation license as soon as possible, make his online store even more prosperous, and let more people know about his Guagua Farm and free-range eggs.
