Meng Kechang, a young man of the Miao ethnic group from Rongshui County, Guangxi, uses an e-commerce model in his hometown to sell specialty agricultural products of Miao township chickens, ducks and eggs, solving the problems of difficult roads in Miao township and scattered breeding and cultivation by the people. The monthly sales of the "Beijiang Village" brand he founded reach 400,000 yuan. On November 14, he took part in the China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and won the "Second Prize" in the traditional industry group of the Guangxi division.

In 2003, after graduating from secondary school, Meng Kechang went to Guangdong to work. Through his own efforts, he rose from a porter to a company design director. In 2013, 27-year-old Meng Kechang resigned from his high-paying job to return home and start a business, founding the "Beijiang Village" brand, adopting a "company + base + farmers" model to cooperate with 50 chicken and duck breeding households, and using an e-commerce sales model to promote Rongshui's agricultural products at home and abroad. At present, the "Beijiang Village" brand has grown to 3 franchised chain stores and 12 direct sales outlets, and each breeding household increases its annual net income by 15,000 yuan. In December 2014, Meng Kechang led 68 young entrepreneurs from Miao villages to register and establish the Rongshui County Youth Entrepreneurship Association, beginning to explore the path of joint entrepreneurship. Nowadays, he is negotiating with the "Guangxi First Secretary Poverty Alleviation Industrial Park" to use the park's platform to sell Rongshui chickens and ducks across the country. He said: "My plan is to use three years to let the e-commerce sales of the 'Beijiang Village' brand benefit 100,000 farmers in Miao township."
