Yu Lili: wholeheartedly leading villagers to prosperity

Yu Lili, 33 years old this year, is an ordinary farm woman from Jinzhu Village, Xijiang Town, Tonghua County. Hailed by everyone as a prosperity expert for the whole village, through arduous entrepreneurship she has come to own her own food processing factory and has enabled her family to live a good life. But she has not forgotten that she is a Party member, and she keeps thinking about how to lead everyone to prosperity together.

After graduating from junior high school, in order to ease the burden on her family, Yu Lili went to Ji'an City to work while looking for a business opportunity to get rich. By a chance encounter, she found one that suited herentrepreneurial project-- food processing. After several years of painstaking operation, and relying on good reputation, she finally gained a foothold in the Ji'an market. While continuously developing and expanding her food processing and production, Yu Lili never forgot the fellow villagers in her hometown and wanted to lead them to prosperity together. In 2010, she resolutely returned to her hometown with her savings from several years and established a food processing factory in Jinzhu Village. When recruiting workers in the village, Yu Lili gave priority to women left behind, so that they could have jobs of their own. At the same time, she taught villagers her prosperity experience without reservation and spurred the surrounding people to start businesses. Whenever people in the village had difficulties in life, she took the initiative to help and led them to look for prosperity projects together.

Today, with her original processing techniques, Yu Lili has her food sold in every village and town of Tonghua County, with annual earnings of about 60,000 yuan. She promises to deliver trustworthy and safe food to consumers and to lead villagers on an ever-broadening road to prosperity.
