What project is good for rural entrepreneurship? The breeding industry helps you make a fortune

Judging from the current economic development situation, rural areas are still a gold mine waiting to be developed, while cities are places where a large number of gold diggers have gathered. Compared with the fierce competition in cities, the rural world can be said to offer great opportunities! What project is good for rural entrepreneurship? According to the editor's investigation, the rural breeding industry is currently the project with the greatest potential for rural entrepreneurship. The value of some wild poultry in the future market cannot be estimated. So, what is good to breed in rural areas?

Special wild boar

Under artificial breeding conditions, green feed can account for 60%-70% of the daily diet for wild boars, so the breeding cost is 30%-40% lower than that of domestic pigs, their disease resistance is stronger, and the survival rate is higher. Their meat is tender, fresh and fragrant, with a rich gamey flavor, and is deeply favored by consumers. Xinhua News Agency reported on April 17 this year that although the price of wild boar meat in Shanghai is currently 24—28 yuan/jin, several times more expensive than ordinary domestic pork, it still cannot block citizens' desire to taste something new. In ordinary cities across the country, wild boar meat can also sell for more than 10 yuan per jin. At present, the number of wild boars bred domestically is very small. With the domestic pig market sluggish, wild boars, as a replacement breed for domestic pigs, have an extremely broad market.

Hare

Hare meat has 50% more protein than lean pork and twice that of mutton; its fat is only 1/16 that of pork and 1/7 that of mutton; and its cholesterol content is 1/3 that of pork and 2/3 that of chicken and duck meat. Therefore, it is highly favored by the market, especially in the southern market. Hares currently sell for 60-70 yuan each and are still in short supply, and current domestic breeding is far from meeting market demand. Since 2002, the price of hare in markets such as Guangdong, Shanghai, and Fujian has remained at around 26 yuan per kg, and there is often a price but no goods, making it a new hot spot for investment among urban and rural people.

Pheasant

It is currently the most successfully developed famous special poultry in China. Affected by SARS and avian influenza, the number bred dropped sharply. Since last winter, pheasant market prices have continued to rise. At present, commercial pheasants sell for 24-35 yuan per kg on the market. Some domestic farms also carry out deep processing of pheasants. For example, Zhaobao Farm in Yongding County, Fujian Province, uses pheasant skin and feathers to make high-grade specimen decorations. Each pheasant specimen sells for more than 280 yuan, greatly increasing the added value of the product. Experts believe that there will be a shortage of supply in the next 5 years.

Green-shell laying hen

Its characteristics are “five black and one green”, namely black feathers, black skin, black meat, black bones, and black internal organs. It has great tonic value. Even more unusual is that the eggs it lays are green, with thick egg white and orange-red yolk, and contain large amounts of lecithin, vitamins, and trace elements. It is a rare precious poultry in the world. At present, green-shell eggs sell for about 1 yuan—1.8 yuan each on the market, and commercial chickens sell for 40-60 yuan each. There are currently very few domestic stocks, so it is a good time to develop them ahead of others.

Blue peafowl

It is a high-grade delicacy with delicious meat, and peafowl meat sells for 150-200 yuan per kg on the market; domestic peafowl specimens sell for 6,000 yuan each, and the export price is as high as more than 10,000 yuan.
